Thịt bò thăn rửa sạch, thấm khô nước, thái thành những dãi dọc và nhỏ. Ướp thịt bò với 3g muối, 1 muỗng canh bột mì và 30g lòng trắng trứng gà.
Đun nóng 20ml dầu ăn, cho thịt bò đã ướp vào chiên lửa nhỏ vừa. Khi thịt bò chín săn lại thì cho hoa hồi, 2g hạt nêm vào đảo đều ít phút cho thịt bò ngấm gia vị thì tắt bếp.
